Welcome Citizens

Join us as Penn Jillette, Michael Goudeau, and YOU discuss the news of the week.

We'll examine religious news, talk about monkeys, and anything else that seems funny or makes us mad.   We'll also take your suggestions for things you feel like talking about.

We will be running a live video feed from the Vintage Nudes Studio for people with the time and inclination to watch people sitting and talking.  The live show will start at noon Vegas time most Sundays and will be available for download by about 7 PM Sunday evening.

Heroic Hypocrisy

I'll do it - I will publicly defend your hypocrisy, Penn.  I don't think what you did was evil, just human.  The human condition (hate me yet?) is capable of ambivalence - we can feel more than one way about something.  And I would argue that we are all hypocrites to a degree.  We do not always wear our convictions on our sleeves.  We often suppress or even deny an opinion to spare someone pain, even if only ourselves.Your Jerry Lewis experience isn't about hypocrisy, it is about sincerity.…See More

Okay, I have no idea what this is: http://t.co/q1K3g4Y6 It's kinda sorta some of my points, but very odd. And weirdly sexy. What? Huh?

Monkey Tuesday with Monkey Penn MP3

Posted by Shea Anderson on May 27, 2012 at 6:07pm 5 Comments

I added Penn's monkey screams to Mike Jones's Monkey Tuesday Theme (full mix). Feel free to download it. I'm going to try it out as a really obnoxious ring tone.

The "P" on Penn

Posted by Kat on May 25, 2012 at 8:31pm 1 Comment

I watched the Clay Aiken Video by Penn and the assembly line scene bugged me. I was sitting there thinking," Why does he have a giant "P" on his lab coat and why send the glove down the line?"  I knew that I should know the reference and yet I didn't.

So, I consulted my roomate, who said, " Oh it's the show about the two chicks in the 1950's lived in a basement and worked on an assembly line."

We felt we should know the name of the show and after bantering back and…

The Nutty Newfoundland Accent

Posted by Chris Kendall on May 25, 2012 at 3:55pm 3 Comments

Penn has talked about his Newfie roots several times, and so far no one has been able to deliver the accent. Sam of Aboot Baboons fame is a mainlander but lives on the wrong island, no better then those saucy Tuckers from Toronto.

Here's an example of the old school 'round da Bay accent as performed by comedy group Buddy Wassisname And The Other Fellers. Not Townies, but its close enough.

Best kind.…
