After listening to the Gilbert show, I checked out his book on Amazon. One of the reviewers mentioned that Gilbert’s trademark raspy voice is not real, but is something that Gilbert created. Is that true? I googled “Gilbert’s real voice” and came across a youtube video of a Howard Stern episode where they played a voice mail of Gilbert’s real voice.
The voice on Howard Stern could have been an impression, or it could be true. Anyone knows for sure?
