Sometimes ISP companies just have bad days due to maintenance, upgrades, hardware failures and other conditions, so hopefully today was just a fluke and the problem does not continue. If you could provide your ISP's name, the type of device you were using, and the brand of browser used for the chat, that could be helpful.
Keep in mind too that I am not an Admin here. That would be Cyan. I am merely a Moderator and have no real control over the operation of this site. If I find any solutions to your problem on our end, I will forward that information to Cyan.
