Hi, Mark. I'm sorry you were having trouble with the chat today. I'll look into it and see if there are any problems and solutions on Ning's end. Outside of people criticizing the GUI and non-compatibility with traditional IRC clients, this is the first I've seen of the severe lag issues you were experiencing. Sometimes ISP companies just have bad days due to maintenance, upgrades, hardware failures and other conditions, so hopefully today was just a fluke and the problem does not continue. If you could provide your ISP's name, the type of device you were using, and the brand of browser used for the chat, that could be helpful.
